Paper Plane Birthday
By Annette Saugestad Helland
Augusta wants to celebrate her birthday, but Mum says they can’t afford it.
Description
Augusta’s not getting a big birthday party, because that is too expensive, Mum says. Will it be a proper birthday then?
Augusta still makes invitations. They turn out really nice! She folds them like paper planes. And paper planes can’t stay still, can they? They must fly!
A heartwarming picture book about having less money than others, but also about being surrounded by good people.
