Terje Ommundsen has run Plah, one of Norway’s best Thai restaurants, since 2004. Norwegian seafood works very well in the Thai kitchen and Terje travels regularly to Thailand for inspiration. In this book we accompany him as he eats on the streets of Bangkok, and picking up recipes for fantastic appetisers along the way: the best combination of flavours that the Thai kitchen can offer. Preparing the food is easier than you might think, but you’ll need a small kitchen blender and Thai ingredients from your local Asian market. Even though this is street food, these dishes are elegant and exciting.
