Kari Grossmann (b. 1942) is educated as an illustrator and graphic designer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Münster, Germany. She is well known for her books about Baby Sister and for popular publications such as See and Say and My Book of Pictures. Her books have been reprinted numerous times, and a number of them have been translated. She has periodically taught illustration at Oslo National Academy of the Arts and has illustrated many of Norway's dearest authors. She is one of our most productive and well-read authors of books for children, and several of her publications have been sold to Denmark, Sweden, Germany and Estonia.
