Julia Kahrs
Julia Kahrs (b.1985) made her debut with the adventure novel The Silver Foxes in 2009. Since then, she has written several novels for the intermediate level, where she is not afraid to enter the absurd and grotesque. Her books are often described as unpredictable, magical-realistic and wild.
Kahrs had her big breakthrough with The Storm is Coming in 2022, for which she received the Brage Prize and the Norwegian Critics' Prize.
