Joachim Førsund

Joachim Førsund (b. 1971) is an author and journalist.

He has a background as feature journalist at Dagbladet and Dagens Næringliv, in addition to being involved in a series of TV productions as a script writer and TV director. In recent years he has been behind a number of podcasts for NRK, among them «Familiene på Orderud», «Det svarte flagget», and «Tobias». The podcast «Koht vil leve», created for Aftenposten, won Best Radio Documentary at Prix Radio, the Norwegian radio awards.

Prior to «Koht’s Book», Førsund has also written three non-fiction books and two novels. His debut as a fiction writer, «I Could Have Walked Home Blindfold», was shortlisted for the P2 Listeners’ Novel Prize and subsequently translated into Danish.
