Holger Fangel

Holger Fangel (born 1963) was born in Oslo but spent formative parts of his childhood in Tromsø.

He made his debut with Gyldendal with Jakten på den grønne lua and published his second children’s book, Sebastian and the Cellar Creature, in 2025. Between these publications, he wrote for several publishers, produced exhibition texts for the Kon-Tiki Museum and the Nobel Peace Center, and wrote advertising copy, interviews and articles.

Alongside his writing, he expresses his creativity visually through film and photography, both for himself and for others.
