
Henrik H. Langeland was born in Oslo in 1972 and made his literary debut in 2000 with the novel Requiem.
He worked for two years as a management trainee at the media group Schibsted ASA. His background also includes doctoral research in literary studies at the University of Oslo and editing the literary journal Vinduet. His novel Wonderboy (2003) has been published in several languages. Langeland has lived in Oslo.
His later books include Francis Meyer’s Passion (2007), The World Champions (2010), Hawk and Dove (2012), and Spinmeister (2013), as well as the non-fiction book The Art of Storytelling (2011). Spinmeister returns to the protagonist of Wonderboy.
